Saturday, June 1: The Dairy Festival

Head over to the Putnam County Courthouse starting at 9 am to enjoy this festival featuring an array of locally created, handcrafted items, good food, and the annual parade, which starts at 10am. 


While you’re enjoying the festival, stroll on over to the Dot2Dot Inn for British Tea Time from 2pm to 5pm.



Saturday, June 1: Lake Oconee Juneboree

Young Harris Water Sports Lake Oconee presents 1st Annual Lake Oconee Juneboree from 11am to 9pm. This lakeside event offers great food and drinks, bouncy houses, live entertainment, fireworks, kayak races, face painting, and more!



Saturday, June 1: Beer & Brats at The Enclave

Enjoy music, wine, beer and brats, live music, kid activities, and tours of these fantastic homes on Lake Oconee.



Saturday, June 15: 5th Annual Splash and Dash

Come to the Oconee River Greenway in Milledgeville from 10am to 1pm for this annual good time event!   



Saturday, June 15: 2nd Annual Juneteenth Celebration Festival and Parade

Head on over to Jimmy Davis Park from for a festival and parade celebrating African American Emancipation and Excellence. Parade starts at 10am at the Putnam County Elementary School, and the festival follows at the park from 11am to 3pm.



Saturday, June 22: June-Fest 2019

Join the Morgan County African American Museum, aka the MCAAM for June-Fest from 12pm to 5pm. Enjoy craft vendors, food, and live entertainment for the whole family. Call MCAAM at (706)342-9191 for a vendor application or for more information.



Saturday, June 29: Local Heroes Celebration at Farmview Market

From 11am to 1pm, come to the open-air farmers market for live music, kids’ crafts, and samples from all the great vendors—law enforcement, EMS, firefighters, veterans, or service members get lunch for free (lunch available until 3pm or until supplies last).

This annual race supports the Kam Kares Foundation, Cilla’s Heart Initiative, named in honor of Kam’s mom, Priscilla Hill, who is a Breast Cancer Survivor. This event promotes the importance of good nutrition, health and wellness, and cancer literacy.
