Exclusions: No multi-level marketing or home-based franchises unless they maintain a dedicated local presence, Political events or Real Estate Agents/Listings.
High-Quality Images: All posts should feature clear, high-resolution images that are well-lit and visually appealing to maintain group aesthetics.
Image Ownership: Advertisers must own the rights to any images used or have explicit permission. Appropriately licensed stock images are acceptable.
Honest Representation: Ensure content accurately represents the business or event with truthful descriptions and depictions.
No Spam: Content should offer genuine value and information to the community, not just pure promotion.
Interactive Content: Aim to post content that encourages interaction, such as questions or community engagement opportunities.
Community Focus: Posts should add value to the Lake Oconee community, such as local events, promotions, or special offers.
Professional Language: Use clear, professional, and respectful language, avoiding jargon. Ensure spelling and grammar are correct.
Consistent Branding: Maintain consistent branding, including visibility of the logo and use of brand colors when applicable, to foster brand recognition.
Balanced Posting: Maintain a reasonable frequency of posts, with a maximum of two (2) posts per month, to ensure all businesses have fair visibility.
