Tee Box Social: Indoor Golf & Family Fun Near Lake Oconee
Tee Box Social is a new indoor golf and entertainment facility in Eatonton, Georgia, opening mid-to-late November 2026 at 162 Scott Rd., in the former LO Cheer location. With five golf simulator bays, 13 other sports, and a dedicated party room, it’s a place for Lake Oconee golfers to practice year-round and for families to have fun together, rain or shine.
Meet Charles Fatjo, Founder of Tee Box Social
Charles Fatjo and his family moved to Lake Oconee from New York City. He came down for a golf trip with his brother-in-law, fell in love with the area, and got rained out. When he asked where he could practice on a simulator, there wasn’t a public option. So he decided to build one. Charles is also working with local schools, including Gatewood, to make Tee Box Social a gathering place for families, residents, and visitors.
