Liberty United Methodist Church to Host 2nd Annual Harvest Jubilee on October 24

WHITE PLAINS, Ga. — Liberty United Methodist Church will host its 2nd Annual Harvest Jubilee on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the church, located at 3091 Liberty Church Road in White Plains.

The family-friendly community event will feature live music, pit-smoked barbecue, hayrides, a fire pit and s’mores, cake walks, games, a silent auction, and a raffle for a Pit Boss Austin XL Pellet Grill.

Admission is free, and everyone in the community is invited to attend.

This year, proceeds from the Harvest Jubilee will benefit Neighbors Helping Neighbors, an organization serving individuals and families in need throughout Greene and Putnam Counties. Last year’s Harvest Jubilee raised $4,000 in support of the organization.

According to Pastor Chris Huskins, the Harvest Jubilee provides an opportunity for the church to bring people together, welcome neighbors, and support an organization serving the local community.

Raffle tickets for the Pit Boss Austin XL Pellet Grill are $10 each and are available from Liberty UMC members. The event will also feature a silent auction with items donated by local businesses, church members, and community supporters.
