Evening/Family Show — 7:00 PM
Dinosaur Dimensions is a captivating stage show featuring lifelike animatronic dinosaurs and engaging science experiments designed for audiences of all ages. The production showcases full-sized and miniature dinosaurs, including a towering Dilophosaurus and playful raptors, bringing the prehistoric world to life through exciting animatronics.

Visit with Spiderman
Spider-Man is coming to Imagine That in Madison on Saturday, October 10! From 10:00 AM–12:00 PM and 12:30–2:30 PM, families can meet Spider-Man, snap photos, and enjoy a fun-filled experience at the village. Little superheroes can play, learn, imagine, and make unforgettable memories during this action-packed character visit.

Flavors of Fall Festival
Farmview Market will host its Flavors of Fall Festival on October 24 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The family-friendly event will feature a petting zoo, face painting, kids’ crafts, lawn games, and live music. Guests can shop the open-air Farmers Market, enjoy seasonal flavors from in-store suppliers, and sample Thanksgiving meals. The festival offers a festive way to kick off the fall season at Farmview Market.
2nd Annual Harvest Jubilee
Liberty United Methodist Church to Host 2nd Annual Harvest Jubilee on October 24
WHITE PLAINS, Ga. — Liberty United Methodist Church will host its 2nd Annual Harvest Jubilee on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the church, located at 3091 Liberty Church Road in White Plains.
The family-friendly community event will feature live music, pit-smoked barbecue, hayrides, a fire pit and s’mores, cake walks, games, a silent auction, and a raffle for a Pit Boss Austin XL Pellet Grill.
Admission is free, and everyone in the community is invited to attend.
This year, proceeds from the Harvest Jubilee will benefit Neighbors Helping Neighbors, an organization serving individuals and families in need throughout Greene and Putnam Counties. Last year’s Harvest Jubilee raised $4,000 in support of the organization.
According to Pastor Chris Huskins, the Harvest Jubilee provides an opportunity for the church to bring people together, welcome neighbors, and support an organization serving the local community.
Raffle tickets for the Pit Boss Austin XL Pellet Grill are $10 each and are available from Liberty UMC members. The event will also feature a silent auction with items donated by local businesses, church members, and community supporters.

TheatreWorks: Pete the Cat
For Pete the Cat, life is an adventure no matter where the journey leads. When the groovy blue cat meets the Biddle family, he gets everyone rocking—except young Jimmy Biddle, the most organized second grader on planet Earth.
When Jimmy draws a blank during art class in the final week of school, Pete proves to be the perfect friend to help him find his inspiration. Together, Pete and Jimmy set out on a mission to conquer second-grade art. Along the way, they discover new lessons about creativity, friendship, and inspiration.
Audiences can join Jimmy and Pete on an exciting adventure of friendship that takes them all the way to Paris and back in a VW Bus. The production is recommended for PreK through 3rd grade and has a runtime of 50 minutes.

2026 Trick or Treat in Tiger Country
The City of Greensboro and Greene County High School will present the 2026 Trick or Treat in Tiger Country on Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 5:30 to 7:00 PM at Greene County High School. This free community event brings together local businesses, organizations, churches, clubs, and community groups to create a safe and festive Halloween experience for local families.
Vendors will be located around the high school, with a vendor map and additional event information emailed to registered participants before the event.
Organizations and volunteers may arrive at 4:00 PM for setup, and all vendors must arrive by 5:00 PM and be fully set up before the event begins. Vendors are required to bring their own table and are encouraged to decorate their booth with seasonal or Halloween décor. Costumes are encouraged, and at least one adult must remain at each booth throughout the event. Vendors should plan to provide enough treats for more than 700 children.
All participation forms must be submitted by October 24, 2026.

Saturday at the Rock - Back to School Bash
The Rock Eagle 4-H Center invites the community to make a splash at the Back to School Bash on Saturday, August 1, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM in Eatonton, GA. Guests can cool off on the popular Rock Eagle water slide, enjoy the swimming pool, purchase concessions, and soak up the last days of summer with family and friends.
Admission is $5 per person, and children ages 4 and under are admitted free with a paying adult. The event takes place at Rock Eagle 4-H Center, 350 Rock Eagle Road, Eatonton, GA 31024.
Due to strong community interest, RSVP registration has opened early. Attendees are encouraged to reserve their spots in advance and invite family and friends for an evening of fun, laughter, and unforgettable summer memories before the new school year begins.
