The City of Madison’s Spooktacular Costume Parade invites children ages 13 and younger, costumed pets on leashes, and their families to Town Park on Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 5:00–6:00 p.m. Participants will parade around the park, show off their costumes, collect treats from local businesses and organizations, and compete for prizes. Afterward, Madison police and firefighters will serve hallo-weiners, with safety vehicles available for kids and families to explore.
