Run through historic downtown Eatonton on Halloween morning during the Run in Putnam: Halloween 5K + Fun Run. Participants can enjoy a festive route, encounter a few of Eatonton’s most famous “live ghosts,” and are encouraged to dress in costume.

The 5K begins at 8:00 AM and covers 3.1 miles through downtown. Registration is $35, with prize money for the top three overall finishers and custom medals for age-group winners. The Fun Run begins at 8:30 AM and covers approximately 0.75 miles for children ages 3–10. Every finisher receives an award and plushie.

The event also features a costume contest with gift cards for Best Overall, Most Creative, and Scariest costumes. A free after-party at Livery Studio, 109 E Marion St., includes awards at 9:15 AM, local vendors, and food.

Packet pickup is available Friday, October 30, from 12–6 PM at the Eatonton Visitor Center and race morning from 7:30–8:15 AM at Livery Studio. Registration is online only.
