This annual community gathering has been bringing residents and visitors together since the 1960s, offering great food, hometown hospitality, and a chance to celebrate America’s birthday in one of Morgan County’s most beloved small-town settings.

Originally established to raise funds for the local public school, the tradition continues today through the support of the Bostwick Fire Department, the Masonic Lodge, and the City of Bostwick. Proceeds from the event help fund fire department equipment and support the Masonic Children’s Home, making every meal part of a meaningful community effort.
