What do you need to Bring? Sleeping Bag / Blanket and Pillow (attach names please)
For Ages: children 4 years old through 12 years old.
Deadline to Register: Thursday, December 9th at 7:30pm
How do you Sign Up?

If you are signing up more than 1 person or are a member of the Black Belt Club follow the Link below so you will receive your discount)
Fill out a Paper Registration Form at the school.
Register Using:
Kicksite: By Registering and Paying through "Kicksite" I am agreeing to the following: I hereby submit application for my child to attend the Saltamacchio's Tang Soo Do Parent's Night Out Event on Friday, December 10th. I assume full responsibility for all my child's actions while in attendance at said event. I understand that my child will not be allowed to leave the school premises from 6:30 pm on with anyone other than myself (their guardian) or a person I have designated to do so. Master Ray must receive in writing (text or email acceptable 706-473-1556) the name of any authorized person sent to pick up my child/children. I give my consent that any and all pictures/video's taken at event may be used on Facebook or any other media advertising our Karate School.
Paper Application: A copy of the Parent's Night Out Application has been attached to this email. A paper copy is also available at the karate school. Application must be filled out and returned by Thursday, December 9th 7:30pm

First family member: $25
Additional Family Members $15ea
Black Belt Club Members and Black Belts receive a Discount which is shown in the MyStudio App. Be sure to use the Discount Code Shown to receive your discount.
