Join in to paint Madison RED, WHITE, AND BLUE for the Cultural Center’s annual Independence Day Concert and Picnic on the front lawn!! Summer in Madison would not be complete without this FREE celebration! The event will feature live patriotic music by Georgia’s longest operating community band, the Athens Classic City Band!!!
