Hart & Crown Tavern invites couples to celebrate Valentine’s Day with an elevated three-course prix fixe dinner + wine pairings in the heart of historic downtown Madison. This romantic evening features thoughtfully curated dishes paired with wine, creating the perfect setting for a memorable dinner date.
Guests will begin with a choice of Wedge Salad with buttermilk ranch, bacon, and Sweet Grass Dairy Asher Blue Cheese, or Shrimp Cocktail with comeback sauce.

Chef Deborah invites guests to step into the world of French pâtisserie with a delightful Valentine French Macaron Baking Class at The Enclave in Eatonton. This hands-on culinary experience offers an afternoon dedicated to mastering the art of French macarons in a warm, intimate setting.
Limited to just eight participants, the class provides personalized, step-by-step instruction on creating smooth macaron shells and filling them with Valentine-inspired flavors. Guests will learn professional techniques while crafting classic and heart-shaped macarons, making the experience both educational and festive. Each participant will prepare, bake, and fill their own macarons and leave with a beautifully packaged bakery box- perfect for sharing, gifting, or enjoying later. As a bonus, the macarons freeze beautifully, making them ideal for Valentine’s Day celebrations.
The class takes place at Chef Deborah at the Enclave, located at 107 Evelyn Alley, Eatonton, GA 31024, and includes all recipes, ingredients, and take-home macarons.

Chef Deborah invites guests to slow down and savor the flavors of winter in France during À Table ~ Winter Culinary Class Demonstration & Luncheon, taking place on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at 11:30 AM at Chez Chef Deborah in Eatonton, Georgia.
Inspired by the cozy kitchens of Burgundy, this intimate culinary experience blends classic French technique with a relaxed, welcoming luncheon atmosphere. Guests will enjoy a live cooking demonstration featuring Poulet à la Moutarde, a beloved Burgundian dish of sautéed chicken finished in a rich Dijon mustard and crème fraîche sauce. The experience concludes on a sweet note with Pear Tarte Tatin, the iconic French upside-down tart made with caramelized pears and buttery pastry.
Throughout the class, Chef Deborah shares essential French culinary techniques, thoughtful tips, and approachable methods that home cooks can confidently recreate. After the demonstration, guests gather around the table to enjoy the prepared dishes together, making for a memorable midday escape filled with flavor, conversation, and inspiration.
The $75 per person registration fee includes the culinary demonstration, luncheon, and recipes to take home. Payment is required at the time of registration. While reservations are non-refundable, guests are welcome to gift their spot to a friend if they are unable to attend.

New Year’s Eve 2025 – Reservations Now Open
Ring in the new year with our NYE 2025 Celebration Dinner, a festive evening centered on indulgence, seasonality, and a touch of sparkle. Reservations include a four-course menu with selections, and the full menu will be released shortly. The Micah Thomas Jazz Trio returns for a third year to provide the soundtrack for the night, creating a warm and celebratory atmosphere.
We are offering two seatings for the evening:
First Seating: reservations from 4:30 to 5:45 PM
Second Seating: reservations from 6:30 to 8:00 PM
This is the perfect way to begin your celebration with an exceptional meal and live music, then head home to welcome the new year safely and comfortably at midnight.
Optional enhancements include wine pairings and our upgraded champagne-and-caviar experience for those seeking a luxurious touch. Reservations are extremely limited, and early booking is strongly encouraged.
