Table at the Lake is delighted to launch its new Guest Chef Series on Sunday, February 22, offering guests an elevated dining experience centered on creativity, collaboration, and culinary mentorship. Each Guest Chef Series dinner will feature a thoughtfully curated, multi-course menu created in partnership between a visiting chef and Table at the Lake’s culinary team, led by Chef Casey, Chef Shaun, and Chef Alec.

The inaugural evening welcomes Michael Treanor, Executive Chef of the iconic Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel, as the series’ first guest chef. This kickoff event holds special meaning, as Chef Treanor has served as a mentor to both Chef Casey and Chef Shaun- making the evening a true full-circle moment for the team and a memorable start to the series.

Guests can expect a seamless exchange of ideas and flavors throughout the evening, from a collaborative opening bite to a co-created dessert. Optional beverage pairings will be available, thoughtfully selected to enhance each course. The Guest Chef Series at Table at the Lake promises an unforgettable night celebrating inspired cuisine, shared passion, and the art of collaboration.
