Located in the rugged terrain of Mount George, Palmaz Vineyards is celebrated for producing wines of exceptional precision, depth, and balance—each bottle shaped by innovation, geology, and a deep respect for place.
Guests will have the rare opportunity to experience these remarkable wines alongside Shawn Lutwak, Director of Sales, who will guide the evening, share the story of the estate, and provide insight into the craftsmanship behind each featured selection.
This intimate five-course dinner, thoughtfully prepared by Chef Casey and the Table at the Lake culinary team, will be expertly paired with a curated lineup of Palmaz wines, including limited-production selections.
