Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully prepared multi-course dinner by Chef Casey and the culinary team, with each course paired to showcase the unique character of Palmaz wines. Special guest Shawn Lutwak, Director of Sales, will guide guests through the evening’s selections while sharing insight into the winery’s remarkable Mount George estate and its approach to terroir-driven winemaking.
