Guests will begin with a choice of Wedge Salad with buttermilk ranch, bacon, and Sweet Grass Dairy Asher Blue Cheese, or Shrimp Cocktail with comeback sauce.

The second course offers a choice between Lamb Shank with polenta, Swiss chard, and Calabrian chili, or Roasted Halibut with asparagus and saffron tomato vinaigrette.

To finish, diners will enjoy a decadent dessert of Pink Champagne Dome with sable breton and strawberry coulis.
