Madison on Madison: Speech Competition invites the community to the Madison-Morgan Cultural Center in Madison, GA, for an inspiring celebration of Constitution Week and America's 250th year. Finalists will deliver engaging five-minute speeches about James Madison, the "Father of the Constitution" and the namesake of the City of Madison. A panel of judges will award cash prizes to the top three speakers.
