Georgia 4-H is providing this exciting opportunity for 6th-8th grade students to engage in the engineering design process, teamwork, critical thinking, and positive youth development! This event will include hands-on engineering workshops, as well as an opportunity to showcase prior work in the area of STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics). To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Apollo 11 moon landing, our 2019 event will be astronomy-themed … The Great Space Race!
Open to 6th-8th graders. Registration includes lunch and transportation to and from the event. Participants will be asked to meet the 4-H van at either our Buckhead or College Park locations.
