Spend the afternoon with Farmview Butcher Glen Wellman and his team learning and using Farmview’s step-by-step process of making sausage blends, working with different types of casings, cooking methods and more. The emphasis in this workshop will be on brats and other sausages well-suited to grilling, just in time for picnic and patio season!

Please Note:

• Class and materials fee includes instruction, hands-on experience, and 2 lbs. of sausage to take home.

• Pre-registration is required. Class size is limited. Early registration is recommended.

• Class held at Farmview Market  in the butcher area, which is kept extremely cold. Please plan to dress in layers, including hat and thick socks.

• Suitable for ages 18 and up
