Embark on a culinary journey through the heart of Italy with Chef Andrea Rodella of Amore del Lago at The Lake Oconee Food & Wine Festival. Experience the hospitality and rich flavors of his family recipes.

Begin with antipasto served family-style, featuring Arugula tossed in Truffle Vinaigrette, Prosciutto and Melon, and Lobster Arancini. Indulge in Tortello al Nero, a local Trout Stuffed Squid in Ravioli, followed by Bistecca alla Fiorentina, an Angus Ribeye Filet. Conclude with a delicious cheese course, including Crema Bruciata, a Gorgonzola Crème Brûlée topped with peaches, and finish the evening with Crostata Tenerina, a Chocolate Baked Pie with black fruits and pistachio.

Each dish is a celebration of authentic Italian cuisine, accompanied by expertly curated wine pairings. This dining experience is not just a meal; it's a celebration of family, tradition, and the joyous spirit of Italian cooking.
