Light, fresh, and easy recipes for our lingering summer! You will prepare a different spin on Gazpacho, a fast and fresh Asparagus Tart, and finish with a bright, citrusy, Lemon Tart.

Lunch Demonstration Class

  Cucumber Gazpacho

  Asparagus Tart with Mesclun greens

  Lemon Raspberry Tart

• After Demonstration, join Chef Deborah "À Table" for lunch together

• $65.00 per person, includes recipes, instructions, and sit-down lunch

• 11:30PM - 2:30PM

• Bring your own wine

• Still and sparkling water provided

• Minimum 8, maximum 12
