In this mid-afternoon workshop with Chef Linda Rivers, you will learn about the history of the delicious British treat known as a scone and learn proper techniques for making these scrumptious pastry treats built upon the simplest ingredients: flour, fat and milk!
Linda will demonstrate her scone-making process, step-by-step, for creating the lightly sweetened, biscuit-like cakes that make tea-time (or anytime!) so much lovelier.
You will leave with Linda’s favorite scone recipe, a goodie-bag of her scones, and firsthand knowledge of how a British baker makes magic!
