Oconee Brewing Company is throwing a birthday party for Boomer, the rescued resident groundhog at Wildlife Critters Rehabilitation Center in Covington, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 1st. Some of his friends will be there to celebrate his 1st birthday at the brewery too! A ticket is required for anyone over the age of two to attend. The cost will be $8 at the door. Children under the age of two are free.
