Chief 1106 Legacy Fund invites the community to tee off for a meaningful cause at its annual Golf Tournament benefiting first responders on Sunday, April 19, 2026, at Harbor Club at Lake Oconee in Greensboro. This special afternoon tournament begins with a 1:00 p.m. shotgun start and brings golfers together in support of those who serve on the front lines.
Proceeds from the tournament directly support first responders who are beginning or advancing their careers, as well as provide financial assistance to the widows and children of fallen first responders. In addition to competitive play on one of Lake Oconee’s premier courses, participants can enjoy a silent auction and opportunities for community sponsorship involvement.
Entry fees are $200 per player or $800 per team of four, with sponsorships available for businesses and supporters who want to further the event’s impact. Hosted by the Chief 1106 Legacy Fund, the tournament blends friendly competition with heartfelt purpose — uniting the community to honor and support first responders while enjoying a memorable day on the course.
