Step back in time and experience Christmas in the country. Nestled off to the side of a Georgia highway, a short drive down a back road will take you just over a hundred years in the past. 

Stepback is a town complete with a general store, school, church, and much more all built and furnished to replicate the life in the late 19th and early 20th century. During our Christmas celebration, Stepback is filled with the spirit and overflowing with excitement and décor to celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior. Come ready to walk the grounds as you sip on hot chocolate and listen to Christmas hymns echo from the church. 

Bring your camera to document your trip and take advantage of the photo area—a perfect set-up to capture a beautiful family photo. Stepback is a family run event. A lot of love and joy goes into the day! We would love to share it with you and your family!

Admission, hot chocolate, and sweets are free, but donations are accepted and encouraged! All proceeds go to the Eatonton Fire Department Toy drive. See y’all there!
