Led by local chef Brent Mero, the Charcuterie Basics Class will teach students how to construct a basic but beautiful board for up to 5 guests, covering traditional and more modern choices for cheeses and meats. Learn how to choose proper amounts for your board, what utensils should accompany the board, and practice cutting and shaping different items.
Participants will be able to enjoy their created board, and take home a beautiful raw edge 16" x 12" board with handle ($45 value).
