French Baking Classes // Chef Deborah

Chef Deborah Johnson is holding a french baking class on April 9th. From French Tea Cakes, to French Tarts, to Croissants and Brioche, every month will be a different subject. The event will cost $50 per person and includes a demonstration on how to make brioche dough using a stand mixer, the importance of resting dough, shaping and baking. Classes will be 3 hours and each student takes home baked goods. Chef Deborah’s classes fill up quickly, so make sure to register today by emailing johnsondeborahlee@gmail.com.
