French Baking Class

From French Tea Cakes, to French Tarts, to Croissants and Brioche, every month will be a different subject. Classes will be 3 hours and each student takes home baked goods. Morning and weekend classes will be available.

Baking Class - Summer Tarts!

Saturday July 9th, 2022 at 1:00 - 4:00PM

The cost is $60.00 per person. Class will have a minimum of 3 and maximum of 4 students. We will learn Sweet Pastry Dough in stand mixer, liming tart pans, blind baking, filling and garnishes. Choice of tart: Lemon or Mixed Berry. Must choose in advance.

Class size is limited to allow for hands-on!
