Preserving Summer // Chef Deborah

Learn everything you need to know about flavoring your own oils and vinegars and then how to use them! You will also cover compound butters, and pickling red onions, Chef Deborah’s favorite! Each participant will take home 1 bottle of flavored oil, 1 vinegar, 1 4-ounce log of compound butter, and 1 jar of pickled red onions.

$60 per person, includes all ingredients and recipes to master your preserved summer flavors to take home and enjoy.
