Join Exhale on Sunday December 11th from 2-4pm for a free community Reiki Circle!

Reiki is a gentle, hands on energy healing therapy that reduces stress, anxiety and depression, and promotes the body’s natural ability to self-heal. Come experience Reiki healing for yourself and hold compassionate space for others to do the same!

They will have three Reiki masters to facilitate the event and will hold a group meditation for healing as they close for the afternoon.

In Lieu of payment, please consider donating. All proceeds for this event will benefit the Lake Oconee Lutheran Church that does the Little free pantry ( No glass containers please) & The Empty Stocking Fund.
