In search of a great family activity?  Do you have a young naturalist?

Look no further, we found it for YOU!

Did you know that animals leave clues of their activity all over the forest, perhaps even in your own backyard?

Head on over to Rock Eagle this Saturday April 21st, for Calls of the Wild.

Guests will explore Rock Eagle and learn to identify calls, field markings and tracks.  Your Naturalist (and you) will get the opportunity to meet an animal ambassador, explore the woods on a short hike, and take home an animal themed craft of your own.

Advanced registration for this program is required and the cost is $3.00 per person. Adult chaperones are FREE.

This event is open to ages 5 and up, however activities are geared for younger adventurers, ages 6-11.

Your Young Naturalist (you too of course) are encouraged to bring a water bottle and to wear closed toed shoes.

Doors open at 9:00AM for guests to check in. The program will start promptly at 9:30AM.
For more information or to register please contact Jessica Torhan at (706)-484-4838 or by email at jtorhan1@uga.edu.
