Ghosts, Goblins, and Superheros of all shapes and sizes will soon be haunting Town Park. On Halloween this year costumed trick-or-treaters from Morgan County up to age 12 and costumed pets on leashes – along with their families – are invited to join us for a free parade in and around the park.
