Time will be divided in:
1. Simple meditation
2. Clear visualizations
3. Yoga practice addressing and honoring the summer sun
4. Particular breath techniques to address imbalances in mind and body energies.
You will be provided with journals, materials for practice, and handouts. Yoga mats and bolsters are also available for use. Wear comfortable clothing and bring any support you need to be physically comfortable.
