Farmview Shrimp and Grit Fritters

•3 Fritters made with Georgia Shrimp, Andouille Sausage, Rock House Creamery Cheese, Scallions served with a Creamed Leek Sauce.

Entree:
Rock House Farm Braised Beef with Au Jus over Pimento Cheese Grits & Rock House Farm Pork Chop with Local Herb Butter over Grits and Greens

• Both served tapas style

Dessert:
Farmview Grit Pie with Local Blueberry Sauce and Goat’s Milk Ice Cream
