Trauma: What It Is…And, How You can Begin your recovery from it…

Trauma is the most insidious assaults on human existence today. What the past 2 years (and more) have brought us, is a slow steady barrage of traumatic experience.(known as chronic trauma)
How the body/mind responds to traumatic experiences of all kinds, is powerful, and can sometimes cause feelings, emotions and symptoms that change your ability to cope appropriately with your life.

In this workshop, we will learn the basic mechanism of trauma and how it affects us (our bodies, our minds, our spirit). We will learn how to recognize when patterns of trauma arise, and implement practices that transform our response to it and lose the feeling of victimhood that it creates.

This workshop is for anyone who feels like they have had experience of trauma. It will be a safe space with a limited number of participants.
