Chef Deborah Johnson is holding two french tarts baking classes at her Lakefront Townhouse in Eatonton on February 19. Chef Deborah will demonstrate easy pastry dough using a stand mixer, rolling and lining tart parts. Students can chose from Apple, Apricot or Chocolate. The cost is $50 per person, which includes all the ingredients and equipment needed. This class is not for children. Chef Deborah’s classes fill up quickly, so make sure to register today by emailing johnsondeborahlee@gmail.com. There are only 4 spots available.
