Chef Deborah Johnson is holding two french tarts baking classes at her Lakefront Townhouse in Eatonton on February 19. Chef Deborah will demonstrate easy pastry dough using a stand mixer, rolling and lining tart parts. Students can chose from Apple, Apricot or Chocolate.The cost is $50 per person, which includes all the ingredients and equipment needed. This class is not for children.
