Chef Deborah Johnson is holding a Next Weeknight Supper class at her Lakefront Townhouse in Eatonton on January 11 and January 12. This class is a small, personalized and hands-on class that will teach how to make fail-proof pastry dough and quick-easy quiche for brunch, lunch or dinner! The cost is $55 per person, which includes recipes, instructions, and “Gourmet-To-Go” dinner for two.
