Guests will learn food styling skills to design a Cheese & Charcuterie board.
Using fine cheese and charcuterie, Chef Deborah will be showing how to blend them with fresh fruit, nuts and olives to create a “gathering” culinary experience.
$75 per person, includes 12" palm leaf board, additional small palm leaf bowls and containers, all other ingredients to complete your board.
Each person learns to cut different cheeses and fold charcuterie, including salami roses. This is all made on Palm Leaf Boards 12", size (to serve 2-3), showcasing 3 cheeses; goat to roll in herbs or chopped cranberries, hard cheese to slice, or cube, brie wheel to slice and fan out!
Charcuterie 2-3 types with salami to make flowers, capicolla or other to roll for brie, procuitto to make ribbons, fruit, nuts and olives, garnishes (apple slices, apricots, star fruit, rosemary, other greens)
