Madison-Morgan Cultural Center is celebrating Independence Day on the front lawn with a concert and picnic from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, July 3rd. Guests are welcome to bring their picnic baskets, tables and/or chairs to this event as they enjoy a free concert of traditional patriotic music by the Classic City Band of Athens.
