Guests will learn food styling skills to design a Cheese & Charcuterie board.
Using various cheese and charcuterie, we will be blending them with fresh fruit, nuts, crackers, and chips to create a “gathering” culinary experience with a Patriotic theme.
$75 per person, includes 14" palm leaf board, additional small palm leaf bowls and containers, all other ingredients to complete your board.
Each person learns to cut different cheeses and fold charcuterie, including salami roses.
