Circle Ranch is hosting their inaugural Young Artisan Market, and they are pleased to invite your student to participate. The Market will be held on Saturday, April 29th, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Farmview Market Pavilion in Madison, GA. Students are asked to make their own products to sell, and they will keep all their earnings.
Who is Circle Ranch?
Circle Ranch will be a nondenominational, Christ-centered working ranch and living facility for children in need of a home and family. The purpose of the market is to raise awareness of Circle Ranch within our community and offers an entrepreneurial opportunity for the students to show off their skills and talents.
How to apply:
All applications must be submitted with a picture of what the student intends to make and sell. This picture can be copied from something they found online or a picture of a product they have already made. Because spaces are limited to only 50, the first 50 applications we receive back via email will be accepted. There will be a short waiting list in the event that someone drops out or cannot participate for any reason.
Each student will pay a $5 fee to participate in the market for a stall fee. Payment is due at check-in on Saturday, April 29th.
Bring your own table (no longer than 8 feet) and chairs. No tables or chairs will be supplied by Farmview or Circle Ranch.
Set up times: Saturday 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM Everything must to be set up and ready to go no later than 8:30 AM
Bring your own cash for making change
Parental supervision is required for students 15 years old and younger
Participating students will receive a free t-shirt as a thank you for their participation
A list of items will be supplied to the students to inspire ideas for the types of items which would be appropriate and acceptable to bring. They are not required to choose something from the list, but all items will go through an approval process. Some of the suggestions include faux stained glass, drawings and other artwork, child sized picnic tables, bird houses, plants they've grown, fishing lures, jewelry, face painting, installing fairy hair tinsel, cake decorating, coffee, paper mache, macrame, painted rocks, string art, mosaic, homemade dog treats, suncatchers, magnets, yarn art, slime, etc.
Thank you so much for helping us spread awareness of Circle Ranch in our communities! Jody and her team look forward to working with your student. Please give Jessica Vaughn, Event Coordinator a call at 470-651-1653 to discuss further details of the event and the possibility of your students participation.
